Before you book

• Boat check-in closes 10 minutes prior to departure. Customers arriving after this time will have to reschedule for a later time or another day, subject to availability.
• The cruise & bus tours operates rain or shine
• You can get off the bus in South Beach. The next bus is usually about an hour later.
• You will be scheduled to do the Double Decker City Bus Tour the same day as your cruise – either before or after.
• There are no bathrooms on the boat, so please use the bathroom before you board the boat.
• Foldable Strollers & prams are allowed
• Infants must sit on an Adult’s lap
• No wheelchairs, pets (except service animals), luggage or large bags, smoking or vaping.
• Paid Parking is available at Bayside Marketplace or at meters around Bayfront Park.
• Valid photo ID for alcoholic purchases
